General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return, no refund, and no cancellation policy under any circumstances except for damage-related cases.
We do not accept:
Returns or exchanges due to size, style, or color preferences.
Cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refund requests after the product is delivered (unless it meets the conditions outlined below).
Size Guidance
We highly recommend ordering one size up if you are unsure about your size. Please refer to our detailed size chart available on each product page and reach out to us if you need assistance before purchasing.
Exchange Policy – Damaged Items Only
We only offer exchanges in the rare event that an item arrives damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
A clear, uncut video must be recorded while opening the package, showing the parcel condition and item being unboxed.
The damage must be visible and reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to deny exchange requests if these conditions are not met.

The parcel opening video (unedited and clearly showing the issue)
A brief description of the damage
Our team will review the case and respond within 2–4 business days.
If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. We do not offer refunds for damaged items—only replacements for the same product (subject to availability).
Refunds
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including:
Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics issues.
Change of mind or preference.
Sizing concerns.
Only if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or an internal issue, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
